My 1 Simple Change

Most of us strive to live a healthier lifestyle. Finding the right place to start is a challenge. Eating right, exercising regularly, and still making time for family, friends and our own needs can seem like overwhelming goals. My simple changes.

  1. 1st: was to get a massage every 2 weeks as part of my overall fitness.
  2. 2nd: was to add Juice Plus+ to my life. 
  3. 3rd: was to take time to laugh with someone every day. 
  4. 4th: was to eat a salad for one meal every day.
  5. 5th: was to take a leisurely 15 minute walk outside every day (started with 5 minutes and worked my way up).
